Fashion shoppers in St. Petersburg wanted to discover retail stores, browse collections, and visualize how clothing items would look before visiting stores. The Be-in.ru fashion portal needed a mobile companion that brought their catalog to life with location awareness and an innovative camera-based virtual try-on experience.
03 Solution
Developed an iOS fashion retail guide integrating MapKit for store discovery, Facebook authentication for social features, and an AR-style camera overlay for virtual try-on visualization. Built with Objective-C, the app used custom camera view controllers with overlay compositing to let users see clothing items superimposed on the camera feed. Implemented store location mapping and social sharing of try-on results.
