Mobile users needed quick access to carrier service codes (USSD, shortcodes) for checking balances, activating services, and managing subscriptions. These codes were scattered across carrier websites and difficult to remember, with no convenient mobile reference integrated into the phone experience.
03 Solution
Developed an iOS utility application providing a structured database of mobile carrier service codes. Built with Objective-C using the AddressBook framework for contact integration, enabling users to quickly dial service codes directly from the app. Implemented a searchable code database with carrier-specific categorization and favorites for frequently used codes.
